Garret, This is what i see in a mail for bug 23226. I don't see this bug in any bug report after that date.
There is no patch attached to that mail. Do you know how can i got one or when it will be available? I work on AIX 5.1.
I just fixed the bug: try changing the definition for the array gEscapeChars inside framework/XMLFormatter.cpp into
