I've opened up a ticket, and hopefully provided all relevant info.
Let me encourage all active committers on both projects to open Jira
accounts, so you can get added to the projects once they're created. I've
put myself forward as initial administrator for both; if anyone has
aspirations for that job, please step forward and take it! :)
As described in the FAQ, cc'ing PMC to let them know what's up (the issue
is here http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-57, for their info).
