If you look at the documentation for the XMLPlatformUtils class, its public members are described in some detail. At the bottom of the page, it says "The documentation for this class was generated from the following file: PlatformUtils.hpp." That seems like a pretty strong hint that you might want to include that file. Not that there isn't room for improvement. For example, the header's path isn't included. And, of course, if you have ideas about how things could be done better, you can always hack together a demo and/or offer a patch.
