Hi,
When compiling Xerces for the Unix platform, there is the -r option, with the default value of "pthreads". However, in our infrastructure we are using sthreads, and we cannot use pthreads, so I don't want to use it. Hence I am specifying "-rnone".
What exactly am I losing by doing this? How are pthreads used (if at all) in Xerces?
