Hi Prasanna,
version 1.5.1 is very old, so the code base is very different from now (C++ 
namespaces, pluggable memory manager, and so on). But you can try looking at the 
current version of src/xercesc/util/Transcoders/Win32/Win32TransService.cpp and 
backport the changes I did to the Win32LCPTranscoder class.

Let me know if the new code fixes your problem

I have used XMLCh also but this has not solved the problem
