Guys,
I'm struggling with 2.5.0 for two days now - I tried RedHat 8, 9 and MontaVista Linux, and still can't build the library. Previous versions compiled fine. The problem is that after all object files are compiled, it can't link the shared library - here is the log tail:

The XERCESROOT is set properly ... and there is NO makefile in /tmp/xerces-c-src_2_5_0/src/xercesc/obj/ or /tmp/xerces-c-src_2_5_0/src/xercesc/obj/LINUX/.
