Has anyone tried building Xerces with ICU 3.0 on Windows (VC 7.1)?
I see a bug in Jira related to doing this with Cygwin, but that seems to be specific to ICU on that platform.
Any chance that Xerces 2.6 will be tested with ICU 3.0?
It looks like ICU has changed the name of one of the import library, from icudata.lib to icudt.lib. Making that change in the project file should be enough to make them work together.
I would also guess that Xerces 2.6 will require ICU 3.0.
