I have found an issue trying to get special characters to display correctly in SAX and have gotten it down to a call to getCharDataOpts()within void IGXMLScanner::sendCharData(XMLBuffer& toSend).  I have looked through the documentation and on the website, but have not found a way to set the CharDataOpts value for what I am sending.
