I searched Jira for "3.4" and came up with XERCESC-1208 and XERCESC-1272. These recommend similar (trivial) fixes, but to different files. So I went to CVS to see which got committed. See http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-xerces/c/src/xercesc/util/RefArray Of.hpp; rev 1.6 is the fix.
