--------------------------------------------------------------------- View the issue: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESC-397 Here is an overview of the issue: --------------------------------------------------------------------- Key: XERCESC-397 Summary: CC 7.2 Compile error building xercesc in IRIX 6.5 Type: Bug Status: Closed Resolution: WON'T FIX Project: Xerces-C++ Components: Build Versions: 1.7.0 Assignee: Reporter: Juan Antonio Moreno Created: Wed, 27 Mar 2002 11:36 AM Updated: Tue, 19 Oct 2004 10:00 AM Environment: Operating System: Other Platform: Other Description: If you execute $XERCESCROOT/src/xercesc/runConfigure script on this maner: runConfigure -pirix -ccc -xCC -minmem -nsocket -tnative -psproc and then you try to build the library and the examples provided, when you run the some of the examples (i.e. SAX2Count) it finish at the end of the excution with a SIGSEGV during freeing a mutex, I think this is because the xerceslibrary (libxerces-c1_7_0.so) is not well built, and maybe there is a bug in the source code: $XERCESCROOT/src/xercesc/util/Platforms/IRIX/. I think so, because if you execute runConfigure -pirix -ccc -xCC , with no extra parameters, the result is succesfull I have well-built examples and a well-built xerces library. I hope It will be usefull to someone --------------------------------------------------------------------- JIRA INFORMATION: This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
