I did a bulk change in Jira to fix old bugs that in the migration from Bugzilla lost their priority; but it turns out that bulk edit also send change notification to the mailing list, so you are going to get around 130 e-mail messages...
I doubt I can stop it now, so at least I wanted to let you know I am very sorry about this...
