As one of the many who must be silently monitoring this list, if you are going to take the trouble to write it, I for one would be pleased to learn from it. After all, you will be explaining some background to how and why Xerces is developed in this way. Surely all explanations should be easily available? If it shines light for one person, its likely to illuminate for a few more as well, and it will then be in the archives for future reference.
