Yes, this is a bit confusing here as we are in the middle of moving to the new PMC. The members of the PMC are not restricted to Xerces-C people. We should have a PMC list shortly (I filed a jira for infrastructure last week). Part of the project creation is to specify what we want.

It seems has a good list of thinks that we have to do. Jason, did the infrastructure guys understand we were moving to a new PMC when they asked for the vote results?
