Do you mean that I got the source code for xerces-c and ICU and then build the projects myself? Do I need to modify any source code? Once I have the xerces-c and ICU ready, I can just include them in my projects and I should be able to handle xml files in say Chinese GB encoding et cetera, right? Thanks much.
