If you are NOT shipping any part of xerces (e.g. a binary which includes xerces, header files of xerces, or other xerces elements) then you do NOT need to ship the license. If you ship ANY part of xerces (such as a DLLL or header file taken from xerces) then you should ship the license along with it. > And we let our customer download Xerces. Do note that from an ASF perspective you can ship Xerces, in binary and/or another format, along with your product if you want to; provided that you include the license file. There are a lot of companies who ship the xerces DLL as part of their product ; and simply include te license file in the documentation section of their product.
