When will the 3.1 release be out? I just need to parse ISO-8859 named encodings, so if that support is in the parser, that will be fine for me.
Also, I wouldn't mind trying to flesh out the iconv transcoder. However, I am trying to write some simple iconv based apps to get familiar with the API and am having trouble (bus errors). Could you give me a contact for the person who did the iconv stuff so I can ask some questions? Thanks, Stan
