I swear I saw the files just as you mentioned and was confused too. However, after refreshing the window, it correctly reflected the contents of the 'dist' directory. All source archives of Xerces-C have the word 'src' in them. Sources for each version are published in two formats: one is .zip primarily for Windows NT/98 and the .tar.gz for the various Unix's.
