I swear I saw the files just as you mentioned and was confused too.
However, after refreshing the window, it correctly reflected the contents
of the 'dist' directory.

All source archives of Xerces-C have the word 'src' in them. Sources for
each version are published in two formats: one is .zip primarily for Windows
NT/98 and the .tar.gz for the various Unix's.

Please refresh and download the .tar.gz version.

I will take this suggestion to the documentation people. I agree that it is
definitely convenient to have this link.
