I vote for 'make'.
One of the first things that ocurred to me upon grasping the concept of
XML was that it would make a great way of manipulating project files.
A make file is a project file (plus...)
I think that eventually I will use XML for most types of formatted data
in my projects.
It is a new process for me though, so while I'm experimenting with it I
would prefer to use make to build it. When I have some XML experience under my
belt talk to me again.
