That's because the CVS repositories were moved at the beginning of the week. You should be using the following CVSROOT for pserver access now:
:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvspublic note the "xml.apache.org" instead of "dev.apache.org". In fact I've removed the xml-* links in the dev.apache.org one so that people won't be confused. As for cvsweb, go now to http://xml.apache.org/websrc/cvsweb.cgi instead. Pier, could you update the web site with this new info? Thanks.
