I wish my case was different.  Apparantly, the Sun-IBM license
agreements do not cover code for java extensions.  So, IBM folks can't
look at the source code, and given the way the license is currently
written, I'd say it's a risk for anybody working on an XML parser to
look at the source code.  Hopefully this will change soon!

P.S.  Any progress on the other question about "javax.*" naming?  We
still need to know whether Apache is allowed to name a package "javax".
