While we're on the subject of makefiles, I was unable to finish the build on Windows NT because "mkdir -p" creates a directory called "-p". Removing the -p option from the mkdir command did not seem to be a quick fix for the problem. Has anybody succeeded in getting Xerces-java to build on NT?
