You are using an unsupported compiler, AFAIK, so you'll have to make local
changes to the code and build it yourself. The easiest thing to do is to
bring the constructors public and give them empty implementations. We don't
do this because this insures that people won't think that they are supposed
to construct objects of these types. Later, if we can make a move to use
real namespaces, this will insure that their code will not be affected.
