Oh well, might as well leave it in, since I've added that since the 3.1.0
release to make them all more consistent :-) We were just using the
"Psychic Companion Documentation Tool".

The documentation for PParse at xerces-c-src_1_1_0/doc/html/pparse.html
and http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/pparse.html states that to run
PParse, type "PParse [-v] <XML file>".

In fact, PParse has no "-v" option, so running "PParse -v <XML file>"
returns

   An error occured: '-v'
   Exception message is:
   Could not determine base pathname of the file

Suggest you fix the documentation.
