Don't believe everything you read...we almost have the license agreement worked 
out with Sun for the
ProjectX code!  

James Duncan Davidson was correct in saying that "we're on the last leg of 
getting this straightened
out".  Also note: it shouldn't be "within a month"...it's more like days, if 
all goes well.  Stay
tuned!  We'll make the code available for people to look at under the Apache 
license, as we're all
working out how to integrate it.
