[Q] How do I parsing my DTD?

Hi!   How do I parsing my DTD?   I have DTD, external file. I want to put required tag using my DTD in creating xml file. For example.. In XMetal,.... If I create new file, XMetal edit window start display with required tag. I want to this. So, I think that I must parsing DTD.   How do I this like XMetal?   Let me know please...
