I've noticed that the Xerces C++ documentation seems to be in an XML format
that's not XML DocBook. Since I'm currently in the process of deploying XML
DocBook for medium to large-scale engineering documentation, at work, I was
wondering if there was any particular reason for this (such as a glaring
inadequacy of XML DocBook, for example).
