Even if you have implemented
'ignorableWhitespace(****'
the parser will not callback this method until you
define the whitespaces in DTD. the parser will take
the spaces as characters thats why
'characters(char[]***'.
SO keep in mind if no DTD or XML Schema is referenced,
the ignorableWhitespace() method will never be
invoked.
