| DESCRIPTION |
SAX Parser incorrectly complains it can't find definitions for some
elements/types defined in a chameleon schema (i.e. a schema w/ no
targetNamespace). IBM alphaWorks SchemaQualityChecker validates the schema, as
does xsv. I have also checked w/ Roger Costello of XML-Schema tutorial fame
(www.xfront.com) and he confirms that I've found a bug in xerces.

I will attach files that demonstrate the bug (if I can figure out how!?).
