chameleon schema that xerces doesn't complain about (incorrectly)-needs to be copied
to "contactName.xsd"

+ Attachment id#456 has name "contactName.xsd"
+ Attachment id#457 has name "namespace.xsd"
+ Attachment id#458 can be compared w/ id#456. Xerces doesn't complain about 458
+ (incorrectly, I believe) but does complain about #456. To demonstrate this,
+ #458 also needs to be given name "contactName.xsd".
