+ Dynamic validation feature works fine when a DTD file is provided. The problem
+ comes when a schema file is provided. When the dynamic validation feature is set
+ to true, the validation feature is automatically set to true and the instance
+ document is validated if a DTD file is provided. When a schema file is provided,
+ the instance document is validated only if the dynamic validation feature is
+ false and the validation feature is true.
