I guess you are talking about XMLAttributesImpl::removeAttributeAt() 'cause
there's no removeElementAt() in XMLAttributeImpl.
Can you please give me a scenario wherein the list gets corrupted ?? I don't
think that'll happen at any point 'cause fLength is incremented only when a new
attribute is added to the list.
