Rahul,
I've reviewed and committed your code (XSDNotationTraverser,
XSNotationDecl, and patch to SchemaGrammar).
Two modifications I've made:
-- notation declarations are global components. Modified related code in
XSDNotationTraverser, and SchemaGrammar.
-- removed from XSNotationDecl cloning code: at this stage it seems
redundant.
