The prefix xml is by definition bound to the namespace name http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace. XML Schemas with no namespace declaration for xml cause the following error: [Error] ebxmltemplate.xml:6:20: Schema error: prefix : [xml] cannot be resolved to a URI.
