I'd like to propose Rahul Srivastava for committer status. Rahul has made
a number of contributions to the soon-to-be-posted Xerces beta in the area
of XML Schema support. In particular, Rahul sent in patches for group
traversal, attributeGroup and wildcard handling as well as notation
support, to name a few. Rahul has also been active answering questions on
the mailing lists.
I'd like to ask that votes be posted by end of day Friday Nov. 2.
