Parser return wrong characters as content of ignored conditional section.

I tried your example dtd using the latest cvs code, and set a breakpoint in 
XMLDTDValidator#characters(). The string I received is correct (with ! and > 
characters).

If you still experience the problem, could you provide your complete xml/dtd 
file(s) and your java program? Thx.
