The DOM WG should release soon a new Working Draft that includes several relatively big changes. So I would suggest we wait till the new draft is released (hopefully, it will take a week or two). I assume you are interested in editing of Abstract Schemas..? If so, I have couple of questions: 1. What schema types you want to be able to modify: DTDs, XML Schemas? 2. Will you mostly use Abstract Schemas to build a schema in memory? Or are you interested in parsing a schema and then editing this schema in memory? 3. Are you mostly interested in the ability to specify a type for element/attribute?
