The problem is that the new version of Ant (which you are probably using) has different syntax. Xerces tools still uses old version of Ant thus I could not reporduce the problem. I've committed a fix to the build.xml file that supposed to use the new syntax. Can you verify it works and if yes, can you close the bug?
