Cannot load XMLs from disk, if current dir has SPACE

OK, it works with 
dbf.parse(new File(filename));

But I still don't understand what the path to the XML (which has no SPACE) has 
to do with the current directory (which has a SPACE) from where I launch 
java.exe.

Anyway, since this worked in 2.0.1, it should be at least in the release notes 
of 2.0.2 or 2.1.0.

BTW, you can also mark #10468 as invalid for the same reason.
