http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8194 % char in file name causes exception in parse method ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-10-15 17:38 ------- So what can we do when the filename is given to us by a client? For example, I'm given a zip file with several thousand xml files to parse. I unzip them into a directory and then pass the files one at a time to the parser. I have no control over the file names, which are legal as far as the O/S is concerned. Since the argument to parse() is a File object, how can I escape the filename which is buried inside the File object? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
