Idea of having one code seems good. I would say lets keep 'ConvertToURI' in for
the time being. Right now, we can take care of it by excluding this while making
our builds. I hope it wont be too much of trouble :-)
In my opinion, there are more number of people who use released
version of Xerces2 than nightly builds. Since ConvertToURI was part of the
released version, and has sucessfully passed the testing phase of many users.
Once the current code is part of released version, we can be more sure that
there are no more problems and can safely have only one version of code.
