Attached is an update to XInclude. It is created against the current CVS tree, so the last update I sent can be ignored. This update has all of the changes from the last update, the text inclusion update from Arun Yadav (thanks Arun!) and support for sending unparsed entity and notation events for elements which were referenced in included documents.
