I tried to reproduce the problem against 2.2.0, 2.4.0, and 2.6.0
(I couldn't test against 2.5.0 as the download link is dead)
but failed to reproduce the problem.

Also, given the way the code is written (org.apache.xerces.dom.DeepNodeListImpl),
it's hard to imagine that this kind of problems exist. Perhaps your DOM
tree indeed contains all capital element names?

If you still believe the problem exists, please report the detailed steps to
reproduce the problem.
