Kawaguchi-san has been a very active participant in the
recent development of the Xerces-J parser. And I told him
that if he didn't stop submitting so many patches he would
be nominated for committer access... ;)
Kohsuke is a great guy and I think he definitely deserves
to be a committer. +1
