When using the getDoctype().getEntities() list, each Entity, that is not
declared in XML, nor used in XML (for example using <!DOCTYPE math SYSTEM
"http://www.w3.org/Math/DTD/mathml2/mathml2.dtd";>), when &sum; is nowhere in XML
document), has no children at all - it has empty definition.
