Description:
A configuration exception gets thrown while trying to create a synchronous DOM L3
LSParser with schemaType "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml";.
In DOMParserImpl (that implements LSParser), an attempt is made to set features (such
as schema validation and schema datatype-normalization) that are not "recognized
features" for a DTDConfiguration resulting in ParserConfiguration Exceptions.
