Hi, I've just put a comment in on a bug, because I think a recent commit may have caused it to break the dom3 tests; but I noticed at the same time that the ant file doesn't report a failure even when assertions fail in the tests - is this intentional? It is presumably because of this that the problematic code managed to get into CVS unnoticed in the first place...
