I've incorporated your French resource bundle into CVS; thanks for the
contribution!
It would be nice if someone whose locale is French could give this a
test-drive to ensure that the encoding is all right; I don't imagine there
will be any problems but you never know.

Normal: 2.0.0alpha does not validate yet. This is a resource bundle for
validation
exceptions.
Then apparently, I was wrong about the properties file not being allowed in
jexegen. It
works very well, probably same as a jar.
Last but not least, here is the message_fr.properties, mostly translated (I
am not too
happy about some of my choices, but...)
