Hello, This looks simple but i am having a tough time doing this. Any help would be appreciated.
How can I make my xml(xerces-j) parser resolve a FPI defined by PUBLIC identifier in DOCTYPE decleration. I am not able to use SYSTEM identfier as only my XML application knows where to find dtd documents and the sender of this XML document is an independent application w/o any knowledge of its users.
