Hi Bob, Looks to me like the Xerces-J-tools.1.4.0 archives are sitting at our download site waiting to be grabbed if you want them. I'm uncertain whether previous versions of the tools will work; I believe we've upgraded the version of ant that's assumed by our build.xml file, so if you use that method for building the sources I think you will need to upgrade.
