The xmlns:xsi should be "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"; (not www/w3.org), and you also need your Conversation element to be in the targetNamespace of the schema. Add an xmlns:wscl="http://www.e-speak.net/schema/WSCL"; change Conversation to wscl:Conversation and change the xsi:schemaLocation to read "http://www.e-speak.net/schema/WSCL wsclschema.xsd" and it should start to validate.
